Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are non-returnable, including:

  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

Additional non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Any item not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take time before a refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank—processing delays can occur.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, email info@circlecityfireworks.com and send or return your item to one of the following Circle City Fireworks locations:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
  • Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver:

  • A refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

To return your product, you may mail or bring it in person to one of the following addresses:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning a high-value item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

By opting into our SMS notifications, you agree to receive promotional messages, updates, and alerts from Circle City Fireworks.

Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on user interaction, time of year, and promotional cycles.

Pricing Disclosure

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and may be included in your mobile plan or billed separately.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can unsubscribe at any time:

  • After you send STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and then you will no longer receive further messages.
